every time than im triing to log on for me comes bugsplat and in the r3dlog's comews error massage:
ERROR| RadsOpenFile: RADS cannot open file "Data/Shared/Sounds/EventLookupTable.csv" because it's not in the manifest.
anyone know how to fix this isue????

Try repairing/reinstalling the game. If that didn't work out, I'd suggest you contacting Player Support (http://support.leagueoflegends.com/).
