Getting RADS error, could not connect to HTTP server, nothing helps

Hey, like 4 days ago LoL was ok. Next day I clicked LoL launcher icon and there was just logo and then RADS error displays -
Could not connect to the HTTP server. Please check that your internet connection is enabled and that your firewall is not blocking access.
That is all. I searched almost everywhere on forum, tried lot of things but nothing helps. I reinstalled LoL and it was ok, but after few hours I tried to launch LoL again, I got RADS error again. I reinstalled it today morning, was ok, went away, came home and now its same RADS error again. I can't repair launcher because there is just logo and than this error. My net is ok, all of my firewalls are turned off. I really don't know what to do, I don't want to reinstall it always i want to play.
I will love you if you help me. I really will, thanks...

Try to reinstall it again and turn off peer to peer, maybe it help, if dont send ticket to riot.

Can u try this (https://support.leagueoflegends.com/entries/234188-changing-to-public-dns-servers) and see if that work?
Also try to turn your antivirus off while you are opening LOL,maybe that will help also...

I did earlyer everything you wrote here. Yesterday i reinstalled, was ok, and today it seems ok still!
I am happy. I hope it will stay ok. But thanks anyway

hello every one sry if i am posting in the wrong place or any thing but i have been trying to fix this problem for 3 days and i am furious about it only 20 days left for s3 and i am close to gold. i keep on getting this when i try to install the game (RADS error connection lost to http server, please check your internet connection is stable and that http connections are not being bloked).i tried resetting my DNS server and i uninstalled the game restarted the net router and checked if its bloked in the fire wall and it wasnt please give me a replay asap i am ruining out of time

Greetings Summoner,

Some solutions you can try:

1. Go to your Riot Games/RADS/System folder under your default install path, right click and run the rads_user_kernel.exe file as an admin, then try starting your patcher.
2. Try deleting your LoL_Air_Client folder (the default install path for this folder is c:\Riot Games\RADS\Projects) and then repatching.
3. Replace <install directory>/RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe, with this file (http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/live/system/rads_user_kernel.exe)
6. Try running through the RADS solution in this Video (http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/redirect.php?do=verify&redirect_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D__DSdqE-Hao)

When i click at gelgath's answer http://l3cdn.riotgames.com/releases/live/system/rads_user_kernel.exe it opens lol but says windows have a problem opnening the current file.If windows can open the file they will warn you.

DO NOT UNINSTALL LOL!!!
I have this exact same promblem and i unistalled it and not it wont open the page that lets me download it!!! this is stupit man!!!
