Lisandra, The Ring Dancer
Ranged, mage, fighter
For a poor young woman, living with only from her beaty and beautiful dance, there shouldn't be much a story to be heard.
Born in Noxus, living in the slums, dancing in the halls of noble men. One ball after another, her life had no real meaning. During the nights, she showed her true ability, and sought after the killer of her parents. Threatening, torturing, killing. What ever it took to find her path to her target, it did not matter at all. After several years, her power kept increasing, and before she noticed it, she had became target herself. In the shadows, at dark streets of Noxus, two strong fighters collided. In the end, of the battle, neither of them were any where to be found. Only think to tell about this battle, were destroyed buildings, and knives all around the walls of the houses that still stood
In Noxia, anyone with power helds high position. Without it, dancer is just trash. For this single reason, Lisandra created the dance of death, a way to fight, while still being capable to entertain others.
Flow of movement(starting passive)
Lisandra sends her magic trough her muscles, from the chain all the way to the blade rings, being able to use her movement as magic itself.
Lisandra gains portion of her extra attack speed and movement speed as ability power
(means that 0.100 attack speed increases ability power by 2 and 10 movement speed by 2)
Ring stride (Q)
cooldown: 20/18/16/15/14 seconds
Lisandra throws her ring into position, and spinning movement of her ring blade makes it move towards cursor location. after the maximum range of spin has been reached, it will spin back to lisandra (can strike only one time single target)
Deals 45/72/90/110/135 (+1 from ability power) as magical damage on foes that it passes trough.
Dance of blades (W)
cooldown: 19/16/14/13/12/11 seconds
After channeling for 0.5 seconds, Lisandra starts spinning her ringblades around her, striking 3 times swiftly in two separate cones in front ofher. Each strike deals 20/30/40/50/60 (+0.5 from ability power) as magical damage and knocks foes towards the next blow.
Instinctive movements (E)
cooldown: 4 seconds
Being struck by enemy, Lisandra's movement speed will increase by 6/9/12/15/18% for 2 seconds, reducing over time.
A ball of death
cooldown: 95/80/65 seconds
Passive: increases lisandra's attack speed by 20/30/40%
Active: For next 10 seconds, Lisandra will strike random target every second (as long s/he remains inside auto attack range) with her second ring, dealing 1/1/1 of her attack damage and 0.4/0.5/0.6 of her ability power as magical damage.
Primary focus on champions
Cannot critically strike
Lisandra is both effective Ability power and Attack damage carry, being capable to strike from afar and deal lots of damage into many champions at once.
Lisandra's runes should be mainly focused around cooldown reduction, attack speed and tough up. both armor and magic penetration quints are recommended.
Having high attack and movement speed increases your ability power, making your abilities hurt a bit more. along side this really fast strikes on your primary target and every second random target hit with 100% of your attack damage behind it. (with these items, you would have around 60-70 ability power increased and around 280~ attack damage without runes and masteries)
