Hello summoners and hopefully all the wrenchmen who are surely gonna read this post. Riot staff is welcome too


Lately I've had issues with playing LoL, specifically, I've been getting DC from pvp.net 24/7. Sometimes almost instantly after I log into lol, there would be a red bar with a warning in the left top part of the launcher, saying that I've been disconnected from pvp.net and it is probably caused by an issue with the service. Then it disappears. After that, I try and get into a queue. Sometimes I would get the(http://support.leagueoflegends.com/a...ctionError.jpg) error report, or sometimes, it will just put me in the queue, BUT the match never comes. And roughly about after 1 minute 30 seconds I press the cancel button, but then it says: You cannot leave the queue now, as a match has been made and champion selection is imminent. Then it just jams there, and I gotta kill the lol process.


So I've been doing some research, scouting through the knowledgebase and looking up similar issues and checking wrenchman threads. So I found this one issue: My service provider is the University, so I cannot forward any ports. And as (http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/) has shown, all the required lol ports are closed. However, I have 3 friends, who live near me and are using the exact same network and they have never had any of those problems. Some lag on patch days, occasional dc:s now and then, but nothing like this.


I just tried to reproduce the error screen to screenshot it and post here, but the game seems to work fine, I get into champ select just ok. But so it was yesterday, probably the only day in the past 7 days for LoL to work fine. I'm sure that the issue will come back in a few hours or days or something. Can someone pls just try and figure out with me what is wrong?


I attached the dxdiag(had to zip it, since it was 31kb and 19,5 is the limit). My antivirus is Avast! free version, so I have no firewall in there. I also disabled windows firewall. Just someone tell me what you need to know and I'll tell you
Btw, if someone is wondering, I think this connection is ethernet, I have a cat cable going straight outta a wall socket into the pc, adsl equipment is strictly forbidden in here.

I have the same problem with my lol! I'll disconnect all the time, and I have tried to reinstall the game, but it didn't helped. When I'm loggin in, the first thing it's coming up with is that I've been dc for pvp.net

I don't know what to do?? REALY! and I have problems to play solo and with friends.

What to do? Please, help me!!

Same problem. Logs sent twice within two weeks. No response.

Okay, this fix really seems to work! I've had pando media booster deleted long ago, but the IP helper deletion helped! Had no probs for a whole day, which is an improvement
Btw, remember to search for "Services" and " Ip - helper" in your windows language. So it would mean NOT english on the eune part of the platform, in most cases.
