Same problem here, sent a ticket but no answer so far. A friend tried to switch servers at the same time as me and it went through in under a minute.

for Christ sake, resolve the problem RIOT, it looks like u dont even care about your users' problems...It allways happens liek this, we have a problem and it take a LOT untill u even give a s**** about us.

Reason:Unexpected error (9300) encountered during transfer. Please try again at a later date."

@ third time just raged but i still want to transfer my account and would be nice to fix it.
