How long does it take to get a responce for a support ticket?

I've submitted 2 support tickets/cases 4 days ago and they're still at "waiting for a specialist to get assign" (or however I can translate it, anyway it's still at the 1st stage).
I understand 31.12-01.01 shouldn't really be counted, but still, I'm curious how long usually does it take?

same,I changed my password and forgot it 2day >.< recovery e-mail aint working so I sent a ticket to support(today,but just curious how long it actually takes).I am logged in automaticly on the site,but I can;t change my password cause I need my curent one...

So... Nobody really knows it? Nobody ever tried to use Support page and got an answer?

they have had vacation i think but i got my support email back today after 1 week so just wait and u will get yours too

Got answer after 5 days. And now that I think about it: considering minimum 31.12-01.01 being "off the work", 3 days for answer isn't that bad

Hi guys! You will all receive an answer to your tickets, but it will take a little longer now due to the holidays. The number of tickets is very high, but everyone is working really hard on that. The queue will be back to normal in 2-3 days.
