u know what?the problem is not the second reply if will be fast or slow.
if the first reply comes after 1 week i would say that the player support is BAD.if i got a serious issue,i will not be satisfied by getting a reply like:

"Greetings Summoner!

We looked on this issue and unfortunately we dont have any solution at the moment.
Please stay tuned in http://eune.leagueoflegends.com/ and http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/ for more news!
We hope we didnt distract your league of legends experience through this problem!

Rioter's Name here"


i have seen this reply like 5 out of 6 times i have used the player support.

no,i am not attempting to troll and rage at riot games,since i love your game,and i have spent A LOT of money.

1)If i can learn the exact amount of money i have spent
2)If i could transfer some skins (candy cane mf,the christmas one from kog
3)About a ban and where can i see the ban reasons

1. I'm pretty sure there is a history of purchases in the client, I am not able to check up on it right now. But this is a calculation you can do by yourself.
2. If they don't transfer skins then they don't (sadly).
3. I have never gotten banned so I wouldn't know.

But it baffles me that you do not know the reason. What is the point of punishing someone if you don't tell them why? That's like slapping a kid for no reason.

All three times I've sent a ticket, I've gotten a response within 48 hours, which to me is totally acceptable.
